Rocca changes the world

Direction: Katja Benrath

Rocca is brave, funny and unique. She is eleven years old and lives a rather special life. As her dad looks down on her – as he is an astronaut on a space mission – Rocca lives alone with her squirrel and goes to a regular school for the first time in her life. Her carefree and unconventional lifestyle makes her immediately stand out among her classmates. She bravely confronts the bullies of the class, because first and foremost Rocca defends justice. That’s why she becomes a friend with the homeless Caspar and tries to help him. At the same time, she tries to win her grandmother’s heart.
